BPWO has \u00a0targeted different beneficiaries from Sudan \u00a0500 of \u00a0returnees , 300 of IDPs\u00a0 \u00a0in Darfur, 700 smallholder in White Nile\u00a0 while, \u00a0from outside Sudan BPWO\u00a0 has worked\u00a0 \u00a0with 700 \u00a0\u00a0refugees and asylum in Khartoum state including \u00a0\u00a0( south Sudan , Ethiopian and Eritrean, Congolese , Yemenis and Syrian ).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Organization generals objectives and strategy<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>1- provide women and young girls with access to education , vocational and technical training .in addition to, benefiting form information technology in education.<\/p>\n<p>2-encourage women to undertake small business to achieve economic independency and self-reliance<\/p>\n<p>3-support women activities in small and \u00a0medium industries so they can contribute to sustainable development.<\/p>\n<p>4- build the capacity of vulnerable group from men.<\/p>\n<p>To insure economic empowerment and \u00a0achieve the above mentioned objectives BPWO relies on divers tools and strategies including the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0establishment\u00a0 of learning , training and educational centre to reduce and compact literacy in both side<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1-train women and girls to manage small projects financially and technically.<\/p>\n<p>2-distributing start \u2013up kits and cash grant<\/p>\n<p>3-Encourage women to participate in\u00a0 international forums and adopt the means of peoples diplomacy and friendships between nations<\/p>\n<p>4-organizing workshops.<\/p>\n<p>5- Providing microfinance and small business .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projects implemented from 2015-2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As \u00a0\u00a0BPWOs \u00a0policies and objective\u00a0 concentrate on\u00a0 empowering women\u00a0 economically, politically and socially\u00a0 , it is \u00a0worth to mention that , in all projects implemented\u00a0 women have constituted 70% of targeted group while men have constituted 30%.<\/p>\n<p>To insure long term development \u00a0and attain \u00a0\u00a0the goals of \u00a0gender equality , economic empowerment and self-reliance BPWO has provided \u00a0beneficiaries from both gender\u00a0 with raising awareness\u00a0 activities ,\u00a0 traditional and\u00a0 vocational training\u00a0 which are included the following\u00a0 different activities:<\/p>\n<p>1- food processing\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 4-Local perform\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 7-plumping\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 10- Welding<\/p>\n<p>2-Hair dressing\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 5- Henna\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 8- Air condition\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 11- Hand craft<\/p>\n<p>3-Soap making \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a06-general electricity\u00a0\u00a0 9-Mobil cell phone maintenance \u00a0\u00a012- Mechanics .<\/p>\n<p>Supporting the training activities in 2018,\u00a0 a number \u00a0\u00a0700 of beneficiaries from different nationalities \u00a0have given a package contained\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 certification , the\u00a0 required tool kits for each activity besides\u00a0 cash grant of 300 SDG for each individual coupled with a graduation ceremony for Yeminis and South Sudan population. on the other hand, BPWO in partnership with WFP and ministry of agriculture\u00a0 is working to provide 700 farmers with training skills management in White Nile with focus\u00a0 on avoiding post harvest losses and increasing food availability. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0While in 2017 the livelihood promotion aimed to built the capacity of\u00a0\u00a0 400 south Sudan refugees\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 300 of them are\u00a0 women not only this but also provided them with tools after completing the training\u00a0 so they can be able to start their own business and help their families.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This table illustrates\u00a0 the projects that have been implemented by BPWO: <\/strong><\/p>\n<table dir=\"rtl\" style=\"width: 710px;
